Considering the role of dignity in the Quranic politics, the purpose of this article is to describe the socio-political aspects of the concept of dignity. Dignity, as a fundamental category, a theory for recognition, and a core for genuine human-social rights, attracts high human and social virtues and rejects moral decrepitude and intellectual ignorance for individuals and the society. Therefore, this article answers the following question: What are the social-political aspects of dignity in the Quranic wisdom? This hypothesis is put forward in this article, with a qualitative and interpretive approach, that the most important socio-political aspects of the matter of dignity in the Qur'an are based on the transcendental rationality, inclusive justice and the promotion of legitimate freedoms. The value of the article is also understanding the network of the Quranic meanings of dignity in the social-political field and its positive consequences. The findings show that the sincere belief in the social-political dignity of the people in a religious community will facilitate the mutual revival of the social-political rights of the people and the government, in such a way that the promotion of the social-political aspects of dignity arising from the Qur'an will increase the dignity of religion, the responsible cooperation of the people and the government, as well as the comprehensive development of the political system. Failure to pay attention to it will also cause violence and socio-political disorder.

As one of the most important goals and values in Islamic economics, justice has an important role in Islamic financial system. When the financial system is fair, the three levels of origin (primarily financial possibilities), process (the relationship and financial processes) and results (outcome and result of the financial system) are based on justice. The justice in the relationship and financial processes is of special importance. This paper is based on Islamic teachings of the Quranic-centered approach, and aims to discover standards of justice in contracts and financial processes. The content analysis method used for the Quranic interpretation of ijtihad (comprehensivedecision) on various aspects of the issue. The survey examined the holy Quran, Hadith, jurisprudence rules and interpretations and concluded that the criteria of justice in the financial processes in the Quran are: the state of non-usury of contracts, non-prejudicial, not deviating from the provisions of the contract, distribution risk between the parties, and non-disruptive speculation and gambling.

Certain verses of the Quran have been provided as one of the arguments in favor of justice as a quality of each and every one of the so-called famous Companions of the Prophet. This paper investigates the said verses to illuminate their manner of argumentation as well as their degree of indication. The results confirm that the title of Sahābī (Companion of the Prophet), in its idiomatic usage, refers to its meaning adopted after the death of the Prophet and only in the subsequent periods it started to be used in this sense. Therefore, the word Sahābī, in the said sense, is not known in the Quran. As a result, if the Holy Quran praises some people of the Muslim community or gives them glad tidings, it is because of their qualities and their righteous deeds as believers, rather than because of their titles as Sahābī. Consequently, such praises go to those of the believers with those qualifications; yet, they are not absolute and are contingent upon certain conditions such as the believers’ bidding to good and forbidding the evil, or their final salvation and the like. Moreover, the verses invoked may at times refer to some specific individuals. For instance, one verse refers to those who swore allegiance at Hudaybīyya, and does not encompass all the Companions of the Prophet. Similarly, a verse may be so comprehensive and general that it may refer not to a specific group of people but to all Muslims. Finally, mere title of Sahābī is not regarded as a value in the Quran.

Identification and determination of educational criteria of divine messengers is one of the ways for man to attain educational perfection. The present paper examines the Holy Qur'an as an educational book and in effect the most comprehensive one, sent for humans at all times, and identifies educational objectives and criteria of the messengers. These aims and criteria include the followings: 1. the development of thought and reasoning, 2. piety, 3. justice, 4. wisdom, 5. worship, 6. refinement, 7. unity and settlement of disputes, and 8. proximity to God. All educators in an Islamic society can contribute to the advancement and elevation of the society by taking these objectives and criteria into account. This study is a library research with a descriptive-analytic methodology.
