Quran, the eternal miracle of Islam, has various dimensions of expressive miracles. The purpose of the present research is to design and describe the concept of happiness in the Holy Qur'an and hadiths and pay attention to the role of combinations in practical issues. Happiness in the Qur'an and hadiths is divided into two parts: praised and condemned. Praised happiness is happiness combined with divine and human goals, in which man becomes spiritually light and gets satisfaction from the conditions in which he is placed; Now the question is, what are the meanings, dimensions, and characteristics of the words referring to happiness in the Qur'an in terms of concept; The present study deals with the analytical-descriptive investigation of the causal similitudes of Shadi Mamdouh and its conceptualization in verses and traditions. Therefore, in the present article, in the theoretical field, there is a review of the linguistic opinions of Firth, Palmer, in the field of applied linguistics, and in the following, he deals with the conceptual analysis and description of this linguistic phenomenon in the words indicating the concept of happiness. The results show that certainty and satisfaction, a reliable point of reference, cheerfulness and affection and avoiding unstable happiness are among the causal co-occurrences related to happiness. Seventeen words corresponding to the concept of happiness are used in the Qur'an and hadiths, some of which are part of common words that mean both the concept of praiseworthy and reprehensible happiness.

Throughout history, humanity has always suffered from all kinds of anxieties, unrests, stresses, fears, and terrible sorrows. In order to escape from all fears, sorrows, and unrests, he has believed in all kinds of recitations in rituals, emerging mysticisms, etc., and has become completely faithful to them. In the meantime, the Holy Qur'an, as a book of life and cure of diseases, has provided methods for prevention and treatment of anxiety and achieving peace. What are the ways to overcome anxiety (stress) and achieve peace from the perspective of the Qur'an and hadiths? It seems that according to the Qur'anic anthropological basis and the narration that considers a man as a being composed of body and soul, the methods of overcoming anxiety can be divided into two general types: perceptive methods and behavioral methods. perceptive methods include beliefs and attitudes about worldly life and philosophy and the goals of hardships and sufferings and methods of behavior include Remembrance of God, virtue, and prayer, and the most important beliefs and convictions are belief in God and the Resurrection, each of which has a fundamental role in overcoming anxiety and achieving peace

Recognizing the perceptual existence of the soul and its levels, as well as how to recite actions for the soul, in the afterlife, from the perspective of verses and hadiths with the benefit of Sadra's explanations, is the main issue of this article. The necessity of researching this issue is clear by considering the emphatic orders of the infallibles on self-knowledge. According to this article, which is organized by documentary-analytical method; It turns out that the truth of the human soul is of the type of perception, and the increase of evidence leads to the expansion of the soul and its ascent to the highest level of reason. In the meantime, attention to the function of imagination, which from Sadra's point of view is an abstract matter; It reveals how the appearance of spiritual forms, in proportion to the firm properties of the flesh, both in this world and after death in the light of the resurrection of the issuance of deeds to the soul, and finally the interpretation of the Holy Qur'an: The will of the heavenly beings has become clear.

Suffering in life is, in itself, a painful experience. However, what makes suffering in life cause extreme crises is its meaninglessness. Thus, a meaningful interpretation of suffering is a prerequisite for the durability of life and the meaning of it. The sufferings of a Muslim are given meaning through the Quran, Sunnah and their teachings. Through a descriptive-analytical approach aims to examine suffering and its meaning in the Quran and traditions. In this research, we have tried to find out what the approach of the Quran and traditions is in reducing human suffering. After reviewing the verses of the Quran and Islamic traditions, we reach the conclusion that the Quran and traditions, by providing particular interpretations and teachings of suffering, have the immense ability of linking the difficult and unfathomable predicament of the meaning of the immense sufferings of humans to the agency of faith in a sacred, spiritual, and intelligent system and make these sufferings meaningful despite their painful appearance.

In this article, after examining the verses related to gametes, it was concluded that the term »maa« refers to expressing absolute or specific features, the term »manie« and its derivatives and the term »solaleh« refer to gametes (sperm and ovule), but the term »notfeh« is absolutely related to gametes in some verses, and indicates the fertilized ovule (zygote) in other verses. The term »notfeh«with a special feature reveals zygote sperm as well as ovul, and accurate scientific points about gametes can be understood through the article.
