The literary foundations are around that letter. However, there is a need for further research in order to gain a clearer understanding of God and proper jurisprudential inference. This article deals with the comparative study of the meaning of "Eli" in the verse 6 of Surah Mubarak by analytical-critical method. Among the true and virtual meanings given to the word "Eli", the true meaning of "Eli" is "the end". The rest of the meanings like "Eli" meaning "Mo", "Explanation", "Fi", "Lam", "I", "Anand", "Ba" and the meaning of Emphasis are all virtual in their true meaning. Have been used. Farragin's commentators have considered the use of "Eli" in this verse to mean "Ma", "I", "Hadd" and "the end of the end". Literally the end of the sentence has been used and it is tempting to use the word iodine to determine the extent of hand washing. "Eli al-Mrafaq" is the subject of "Idicom". Given the necessity, lack of eloquence, lack of verse in terms of expressing the quality of the bath, abundant news and narrations, it is "Eli" to express the end of the brain rather than the bath, which is due to the iodine given to wash hands in ablution. And for reasons such as tradition, reason, consensus and custom, the quality of handwashing in the ablution of the elbows to the fingers is proven.  }, keywords = {Eli,Commentary,Farragin,Jurisprudence,Wudhu}, title_fa = {«بررسی تطبیقی معنای«الی» در آیه وضو از دیدگاه فریقین»}, abstract_fa = {اختلاف مبانی تفسیری در آیات الاحکام منشأ اختلافات فقهی شده است. مبانی ادبی، پیرامون حروف جاره ازآن جمله است. با وجود این اختلاف نظرها ضرورت تحقیق بیشتر در این زمینه محرز می شود تا به مراد جدی خداوند و استنباط فقهی صحیح دست یابیم. در این مقاله با روش تحلیلی-انتقادی به بررسی تطبیقی معنای «الی» در آیه 6 سوره مبارکه پرداخته شده است. در بین معانی حقیقی و مجازی مطرح شده برای حرف«الی»، معنی حقیقی «الی»، « انتهاء غایت» است. بقیه معانی مطرح شده همچون «الی» به معنی «مع»، «تبیین»، «فی»، «لام»، «من»، «عند»، «باء» و معنی تأکید، همه مجازی هستند که در غیر معنای حقیقی شان استعمال شده اند. مفسران فریقین استعمال «الی»را در این آیه شریفه به معنای «مع»، «من»، «حد» و «انتهاء غایت» دانسته‌اند.که با نقد و بررسی این نظرات به این نتیجه می‌رسیم که «الی» به معنای حقیقی انتهای غایت تحدیدیه به کار رفته است و قید مغسول است تا با توجه به اجمال واژه ید، حد شستن دستان را معلوم کند. «الی المرافق» قید موضوع «ایدیکم» است. با توجه به لزوم قرینه، عدم فصاحت، نبودن آیه در مقام بیان کیفیت غسل، وجود اخبار و روایات کثیر، «الی» جهت بیان انتهاء غایت مغسول است نه غسل، که به دلیل اجمال ید آورده شده تا حد شستن دستان در وضو مشخص شود و همچنین به دلایلی همچون سنت، عقل، اجماع و عرف اثبات می شود، کیفیت شستن دستان در وضو از آرنج ها به سمت انگشتان است.}, keywords_fa = {الی,تفسیر,فریقین,حکم فقهی,وضو}, url = {https://rjqk.atu.ac.ir/article_10555.html}, eprint = {https://rjqk.atu.ac.ir/article_10555_1c9778396f3a0526578d29b364198cf6.pdf} }
