Scholars who accept the interference of religion in politics and even believe that religion has made some recommendations about the foundations and principles of the government, they do not hold similar ideas on the form of government. On the one hand, some believe that the form of the government is the same as other elements of politics and identified by God Almighty as fixed and not variable. On the other hand, others hold the belief that God has not commented on the form of government and has remained silent on this matter. Both groups have relied on some evidence to prove their claims more particularly the evidence provided by the holy Quran on the Prophet’  government, which indicates that whether God has presented the pyramidal structure of power for religious government or that God has not done so and does not consider any specific form for the government. This article, using ijtihadi interpretive method as well as historical narrations and quotations, have tried to judge between these two views and reached the conclusion that there is no evidence of the stability of the form of government and its fixed pyramid structure in the story of the prophets in the holy Quran, and it is not possible to prove this claim.}, keywords = {Form of government,prophets,Quran,fixed,variable}, title_fa = {بررسی شکل حکومت دینی با تحلیل حکومت انبیاء در قرآن‌کریم}, abstract_fa = {شکل حکومت دینی به‌عنوان یکی از مسائل پرچالش در حوزه اندیشه سیاسی اسلام همواره مورد اختلاف نظر واقع شده است، دانشورانی که دخالت دین در سیاست را پذیرفته و حتی معتقدند دین در مبانی و اصول حکومت توصیه‌هایی را بیان داشته در مورد شکل حکومت با یکدیگر هم‌فکر و هم‌نظر نیستند گروهی از ایشان معتقدند شکل حکومت نیز همانند دیگر عناصر سیاست منصوص بوده و توسط خدای متعال به‌گونه‌ای ثابت و لایتغیر مشخص شده است برخلاف گروه دوم که معتقدند خدای متعال در مورد شکل حکومت اظهار نظری نداشته و در این‌باره سکوت کرده است، بهرحال هر دو گروه برای اثبات مدعی خود به ادله‌ای استناد کرده‌اند ازجمله یکی از این ادله چگونگی یادکرد قرآن‌کریم از حکومت انبیاء گذشته است که به موجب آن مشخص می‌شود خدای متعال ساختار هرمی قدرت را برای حکومت دینی ثابت کرده و یا اینکه چنین نکرده و قائل به شکل خاصی برای حکومت نیست، این نوشته با تحلیل همین دلیل و با روش تفسیری [اجتهادی] و استمداد از روایات و نقل‌های تاریخی به داوری بین این دو دیدگاه پرداخته و به این نتیجه فائق آمده است که هیچ‌گونه شاهدی مبنی بر ثبات شکل حکومت و ساختار ثابتِ هرمی آن در داستان انبیاء در قرآن‌کریم وجود ندارد، و برای اثبات این مدعا قابل استفاده نیست.}, keywords_fa = {شکل حکومت,انبیاء,قرآن,ثابت,متغیر}, url = {https://rjqk.atu.ac.ir/article_12410.html}, eprint = {https://rjqk.atu.ac.ir/article_12410_b318f5fd37c9e6f38e7da30b71d2658c.pdf} }
