Mohammad Taqi Diari Bigdeli, Rohollah Davari*Received: 19/01/2021Accepted: 10/03/2021AbstractThe commentators of the sects from the first centuries until now have had different views regarding verse 141 of Nisa «... وَ لَنْ یَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لِلْکافِرینَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنینَ سَبیلاً» (Nisa: 141) and have deduced many individuals and social rulings from it. Based on this and with a descriptive-analytical method, this article seeks to answer this main question: What effect has the verse of Nafy al-Sabil had on the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran?Based on the research findings, it was determined that the best view is the general meaning of the verse; Because the word "al-Sabil ", which is so-called "negativity in the context of negation", has a general meaning. Therefore, the verse has a general meaning that can include "denial of domination in the development and the field of legislation of rules and denial of domination in the field of protest and argument". Also, based on the research findings, it was determined that the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is derived from the principles of the Constitution, in many cases is based on the verse of Nafy al-Sabil, and many principles of foreign policy are derived from this verse. Among the principles to which this verse relates are the principle of dignity, the principle of independence, and the principle of negation of the relationship between domination and domination. * E-mail: rdavari68@gmail.com (Corresponding Auther)

Grounded theory is one of the most popular analytical methods used for qualitative data which is used in the Quranic studies and thematic interpretations in recent decades. The process of theory production by this method is through relevant data collection, coding, categorization and conceptualization. The application of this analytical method in the interpretation of various Qur'anic topics has been shown in some works, but this method has not been methodologically evaluated. And if a work claims to evaluate the process, it is only in a limited area and with a specific orientation. This article tries to explain the basics of this method, to introduce the differences between its application in Qur’anic sciences and humanities studies, and finally to answer the problems that have been raised about the capabilities of this method in thematic interpretation. As a result, the paper shows that grounded theory has an algorithm which can be systematically applied, and it can be used in a systematic way to discover the divine purpose.

There are three main perspectives regarding the domain of the Qur’an: the maximalist, the minimalist, and the moderate. Fakhr al-Din Razi limits the domain of the Qur’an to religious affairs. For him, these are ideological, moral, and jurisprudence affairs which have been described in full detail in the Qur’an. According to Allameh Tabataba’i, the domain of the Qur’an encompasses maximally all the issues related to the guidance of mankind. In his belief, the Holy Book of Islam covers all issues needed for the guidance.

One of the features of the Islamic faith is bringing about unity, fraternity and peace among the people of the community, so accordingly, different groups of people living in the Islamic community have been formed on the basis of peaceful coexistence. In this regard, the interaction between Muslims and religious minorities formed on contract obligation is the most important examples of Islam's pacifism. Undoubtedly, proving Islam’s justice and peace in dealing with its allies can only be proved by proving the indisputable rights of religious minorities in the Islamic society. With this approach, the present article is to explore the Quran and hadith regarding the assessment of the rights of ally religious minorities in the Islamic community's and prove that Islam is always looking for peace and integration of minorities in the Islamic community, and that they have never been disguised as an alien, but via a contractual obligation, they have a deep spiritual bond with Islam.

The Holy Qur’an was revealed in a society whose language was greatly eloquent; thus, it naturally used familiar words and expressions to communicate with them. Moreover, pre-Islamic Arab poems – the treasure trove of Arab poetry, literature, and culture – mirrored the richness of the language in which they were composed. The present paper seeks to investigate the semantic relationships between the pre-Islamic Arab poems and the Holy Qur’an in order to locate their semantic overlaps. The great number of the words shared between the two confirms the eloquence of the common words, small temporal distance between the composition of poems and revelation of the Holy Qur’an, and the pre-Islamic nature of poems.

Revelation literally means sign, inscription, hidden language, etc, or anything suggested to anyone in any ,vay possible and according to lexicographers, hidden transfer is a common feature among all these terms. It seems that speed is not the equivalent meaning fnr revelation. The term revelation and the other words derived from it have been used for more than 70 times in Quran, where all cases involve the meaning of hidden transfer. From the semantic point of view, the term revelation in Quran practically means Divine Forcorclination and Decree of God in the universe (Fussilat/ 12, al-Zilzal/5-6), and innate guidance. Prophetic revelation is the most prominent type of revelation used in Quran. In the verse 51 of Counsel, revelation in its proper meaning is drawn from prophetic relation. The exact definition of revelation requires prophetic experience in deed, so other people are unable to perceive its real meaning. Generally, revelation involves a special relationship between God and the prophets through some ways referred to in Quran verses (angel, direct, explicit and in the spoken or written form, ctc.), Revelation in these terms is beyond the common knowledge of human beings (intuition, reason, and mystic experience), requires inerrancy of prophecy and is unique, so hidden hearing of Imams is not considered to be revelation in idiomatic terms. ,..his concept has also been used in Quran. The comprehensive meaning of revelation is "hidden suggestion". The prophetic revelation in Quran is distinct from its literal meaning in specific terms and in general terms, it is also distinguished from orher usages.

Due to this, commentators and Qur'anic scholars have disagreed about this. Adam is (AS), and the purpose of his caliphate was God's succession on earth. Some have merely cited the existence of pre-Adam humans as a mere speculation. By examining the Quranic verses and interpreting the Qur'an to the Qur'an and the Sunnah, it is clear that the issue of caliphate and succession to God was not raised, and that the caliphate of Adam and his offspring of earlier human beings is provable. In this article, while examining different views of the caliphate, after going over the concept of the word caliph, the concept of counterfeiting the caliph means the creation of Adam and putting him on the ground instead of generations ago.jkjh nkjnklij nnjkn

Mystic illumination is a topic area whose relationship with the Divine Revelation needs to be discussed. This paper aims to study this relationship by, first, referring to dictionaries and lexicons, the Qur'an verses and sayings of mystics. It finds out by way of comparing effects of the two matters that mystic illumination stands on a far lower level than Revelation, which is a comprehensive and much deeper kind of understanding. That is why no true mystic has ever claimed having Divine Revelations from God, which is, in the words of Ibn Arabi, a property far out of mystics’ hands. This paper then looks at the differences between knowledge gained through mysticism and through the Divine Revelation. Finally, it explores the Qur'an verses which indicate Divinity of the Revelation of the Qur'an under a number of topics including the receptive role of the Prophet in the Revelation, use of ‘qul’ [‘say!’] in the Qur'an, and the role of Jibrā’īl [Angel Gabriel] in the Devine Revelation, among others.

All the verses of the Qur'an have valuable implications for guiding the mankind. The purpose of this study was to extract the components and aims of blame in the Holy Quran. The research method was a descriptive-analytical study in the Qur'an with the Qur'an interpretation, Al-Mizan. According to the findings, cognitive component of blame was knowledge about: the human, divine attributes, divine blessings, divine traditions, the Qur'an, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), good and bad, and strategies for correcting wrongdoers. Emotional component of blame obtained as: self-shame, shame in front of God, guilty, inferiority, and regret. Behavioral component of blame were: questioning, showing off your favor to someone, labeling, to humiliate, rational justifying, arousing and drawing attention to speech, expressing disgust, giving an example, comparing, repeating, and explaining. Also some objectives and goals (correcting the thinking method, strengthening faith in God, paying attention to the resurrection, nurturing the faith in the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), respecting and obeying him, understanding the ugliness of one's sins, feeling remorse and decision to repentance, and doing good and avoiding wrongdoings) and the ultimate aim (guiding mankind toward the true happiness) were achieved. So, blame in Qur’an leads to informing the sinner and make him feel remorse and encourage him to repent.

The current study reviews and analysis the main thoughts of newfangled thoughts movement known as Sunni Qurāniyūn anout Quran and Hadith.Earlyorigin of this movement was in IndianSubcontinent and then these thoughts went to the Arab world through Egypt. The followers of this movement believe that Quran is the sole source of legislation in Islam. Therefore, they reject the prophetic tradition (Sunnah) as a source of legislation for two reasons:firstly prophet's hadiths are not divine revelation, because the Prophet had forbidden the codification of his hadiths and second, these Hadiths are fabricated and distorted Due to thedelay inwriting them. Therefore, they have not authority. Qurāniyūn are modernistand called for adaptation of the Quran with time requirements and adjustment of religious issues in terms of the intellectual foundation. They interpret Quran verses with rational method based on reflection and free ijtihad or individual reasoning. Also, their influenceof rational and empirical sciences is caused they interpret the occult and paranormal facts based on natural phenomena and sensory. This sect believes that there is no need to interpret the Quran, because the interpretation is only about ambiguous and complex issues, but the Holy Quran is clear and free from any ambiguityandonly thinking in its verses is need. Therefore, they ignorinterpreters and their comments. The Most oftheirarguments are based on misgiving and fallacies. So in this article, we introduce most popular sects of Qurāniyūn andits founders as well astheir intellectual and ideological trends and finally we review and analyze the most important of their thoughts.

The Arabic words “Ommi” refers to the illiteracy of Prophet. Ommi or Illiteracy of Prophet Mohammad, which is even mentioned in the holy Quran, is one of the most controversial issues among Islamic Scientists and Orientalists. Most Islamic thinkers considered the Prophet Mohammad as an illiterate meaning that he was not able to read and write which this is by itself one of the Quran miraculous aspects. This fact is unanimously agreed by Islamic philosophers. However, orientalists have cast many doubts on this subject till now believing that Prophet was able to read as well as write, and he has read former divine books before being chosen as a prophet. Some Orientalists gave the word Ommi a different meaning and believed that the meaning of the word does not refer to illiteracy of the Prophet but refers to the Prophet of idol worshippers or non-Jewish people. The current inquiry made an attempt not only to criticize and examine Orientalists’ views on the issue but offer the precise meaning of being Ommi or illiteracy of Prophet Mohammad by using the Quranic narrative and historical accounts. It reached the conclusion that the Prophet Mohammad was unable to read and write before being chosen as prophet, and also was not able to do so even till the end of His life leaving no doubt on His Prophecy through which the miracle of the Quran and God is proven.

However, there arc substantial narratives that reveal that Kufa and some special parts of it which are against our eyes today like Kufa and Sahle mosque have a history as old as the human history and since the time of prophet Adam (peace be upon him) a particular attention has been given to these areas. With the establishment of Islamic Kufa, this attention has experienced a mutation and the peak of these changes will appear at the end time when it is chosen as the capital of the Imam Mahdi· s government. This study is defined as a sort of monograph in the field of historical geography studies which are considered as the sub-branches of Islamic history and civilization discipline. This study is an attempt to put a different perspective on the history of this city by utilizing an interdisciplinary approach and using many different narrations. According to the narratives and hadiths utilized in this study and from the perspective of Islam, it can be claimed that Kufa is one of the Islamic cities which requires numerous studies. Through doing more serious studies and researches like this about Mahdavi and Shiite approach of the policymaking, these studies can complement some parts of the Shiite studies and researches.

Certain verses of the Quran have been provided as one of the arguments in favor of justice as a quality of each and every one of the so-called famous Companions of the Prophet. This paper investigates the said verses to illuminate their manner of argumentation as well as their degree of indication. The results confirm that the title of Sahābī (Companion of the Prophet), in its idiomatic usage, refers to its meaning adopted after the death of the Prophet and only in the subsequent periods it started to be used in this sense. Therefore, the word Sahābī, in the said sense, is not known in the Quran. As a result, if the Holy Quran praises some people of the Muslim community or gives them glad tidings, it is because of their qualities and their righteous deeds as believers, rather than because of their titles as Sahābī. Consequently, such praises go to those of the believers with those qualifications; yet, they are not absolute and are contingent upon certain conditions such as the believers’ bidding to good and forbidding the evil, or their final salvation and the like. Moreover, the verses invoked may at times refer to some specific individuals. For instance, one verse refers to those who swore allegiance at Hudaybīyya, and does not encompass all the Companions of the Prophet. Similarly, a verse may be so comprehensive and general that it may refer not to a specific group of people but to all Muslims. Finally, mere title of Sahābī is not regarded as a value in the Quran.
