In Islamic culture, the goal of family life is the well-being of members. Family achieves this goal if family members know the elements involved in the perfection of the family. According to the common theory in Islamic culture, consultation is a masculine matter As a result, a man's consultation with his wife has no effect on the perfection of the parties.
