One aspect of education in the educational system of the Qur'an is physical education. The present paper attempts to investigate the methods and goals of physical education from the viewpoint of the Qur'an. From among these methods, the most important ones are personal hygiene, healthy and adequate food, avoiding extravagance, avoiding unhealthy and impure food such as blood, carrion, pork, wine, etc., encouraging involvement in sports and healthy recreation, fasting, and the moderation of instincts; sexual instinct is the most significant instinct that can be controlled with marriage, modesty, virtue, zeal, and avoidance of ogling and solitude. The primary aims of physical education include enabling the performance of religious acts and the worship of God, offering service to people, staying fresh and cheerful, acquiring moral virtues and maintaining one's health.

This study aims to examine the economic ethics from the perspective of the Holy Quran in terms of production, distribution, and consumption. Our findings indicate that the moral principles of production are categories such as belief in the divine will, belief in the divine sustenance, and human labor. The methodology and study of moral training methods are of great significance in the education system. This study is aimed at examining the methods of moral training in Nahjolbalaghe from the viewpoint of Imam Ali (PBUH). Wisdom, intellectual training, remembrance of God's blessings, sermon, oration, taking lessons from the past experiences, applying psychological principles, calling people to the virtues and prohibition of the vice, obedience of God, meditation of God, assessing ones deeds and introspection, and blaming oneself for disobeying God are among the most important methods of moral training in Nahjolbalaghe.
