The present study with a descriptive and analytical method and based on divine-islamic teachings, endeavors to offer some strategies to prevent bribery as one of the Islamic society’s problems. It is based on examining three features of guidance, wisdom, and satisfaction and consideration prominent areas of human conduct: Self-discovery, self-awareness, self-importance and self-efficiency. According to the proposed strategy, a person in the arena of self - awareness considers four points as the fundamental beliefs , attitudes , and their action in dealing with the issue of bribery , and will take them into account in self-denial: 1. Satisfying the needs of other people in the framework of the divine laws and blessings which has good results in the World and the hereafter; 2. Earning money has certain rules is important and in achieving this, spiritual affairs are of higher value; 3 . According to legal and rational reasons, Bribery caused the emergence of discrimination, injustice and distrust to the Islamic State 4. The holy verse of “There is no force in religion’’ as a strategic principal in the developed system of Islam was put forward for interaction with other religions. Therefore, research about this verse will solve many problems in executing the verdicts of Islam. This study aims at finding issues raised about this verse and interpretations about it. This paper first discusses definitions and applications of concepts of Ikrah, Deen, Ghai, Roshd, etc,in this holy verse. In another section the paper discusses interpretations existing about this verse and divides them into three categories: it is concluded from the interpretations that religion is the trust and confession from the bottom of heart and will not be accepted by force as it only need logic to be accepted, and it is valueless if it is accepted by force. Regarding the difference between this holy verse which shows freedom of idea and the verdicts about Ertedad (freedom of speech) this paper clarified the difference between freedom in thinking, freedom in idea, and freedom in speech and found a distinction between them. Authors believe freedom in ideas is not limitless and absolute and has limitations and rules such as thinking. Freedom of speech also has limitations. This study found the hanging of an outcast in Islam is in no disharmony with freedom of speech and freedom of idea in Islam, as in an Islamic system an outcast will be treated only if they have propaganda and plot against Islam and this is likened to the treatment of spies in Liberal systems.

One of the special procedures of the Quran is conclusive judgment about views and opinions that quotes from others. That confirms the truth and denies the falsehood and untruth. In order to make Quran as an ideal of fair judgment about others’ statements this research deals with the Quran’s judgment about hypocrites’ statements. Sometimes, hypocrites claim faith, reforming, and beneficence; sometimes, some unjust and untrue sayings are quoted from them about Allah and the prophet Muhammad (PBUH); and sometimes, they humiliate the believers. Quran rebuts their statements by “explicit disclosure”, “emphasizing on mendacity and invalidity of the word”, “reprimanding and reprehending”, and “threatening with punishment”.

Quran uses narrative elements to pursue its educational goal and does not continue the storytelling beyond that goal. The narrative of the Companions of the Cave is conveyed from the point of view of the only true, absolute, omniscient Narrator that, thus, provides details of the story while eliminating the need to cite any evidence or reference. Characters of the narrative are presented based on their inner intentions rather than their outer actions and the characters (even the dog) are dynamic, and, having stepped into the path of righteousness with absolutely free will, they become entitled to God’s guidance and mercy, achieve honor, and perform their best. Under such circumstances, even the cave they inhabited becomes sacred and turns into a place of worship approved by God. The time and the place of the story are not particularly recounted as if the story can hold true for any confrontation of tawhid )monotheism) and shirk (polytheism), and even the time of the narrative is divided into two periods of “shirk” and “faith” according to the conditions of the society. The conclusion (moral) of the narrative is presented directly and clearly without any introduction or digression, and providing such morals in different points of the narrative is one of the essential reasons why God narrates this and other Quranic stories.
