Among the controversial verses in the field of family law in the Holy Qur'an, verse 34 of Surah Nisaa is about dealing with women. Corporal punishment of unruly women is criticized in this verse. Therefore, the contemporary commentators have tried to justify it in a different way.In the meantime, some commentators and Qur'an scholars, based on some traditions, have considered the meaning of not marrying a wife and then the permissibility of beating to be related to committing prostitution and defilement of the wife's skirt, not to abandoning obedience. This group, with a slight difference of opinion in its scope, has put forward views based on some traditions in this field. For example: allocating the permission to beat a naked woman in the form of committing prostitution, both adultery and non-adultery, or allocating the beating of a naked woman to a pollution less than adultery; These views face challenges both in terms of citing traditions and inconsistency with other criminal law courts of women who commit prostitution. The purpose of the present research is to respond to the view of the permissibility of beating unmarried women due to committing prostitution, which was done by means of descriptive analytical processing and library information collection. Based on the selected view, in the verse in question, nashuz means challenging the integrity of men and rebellion and seeking superiority against the couple, not committing prostitution.

Considering the importance of increasing and decreasing childbearing, this article aims to use a descriptive and analytical method to address the conflicting verses and narrations on this issue and to answer the question of what is the solution approach to the conflicting verses and narrations regarding increasing and decreasing childbearing? The research findings show that the conflicting verses and narrations in the field of increasing and limiting childbearing are divided into three categories1. The conflict between the verses on the multiplication of children and the verses on the restriction of children. 2. The conflict between the verses and narrations on the multiplication of children and the restriction of children. 3. The conflict between the narrations on the multiplication of children and the narrations on the restriction of children. In the case of conflict between verses of multiplication and verses of limitation of procreation, the verses of multiplication have priority. And in the case of conflict between verses of multiplication and narrations of limitation of procreation, two cases are possible. Sometimes the conflict between verses of multiplication and narrations of limitation of procreation is in this case. In this case, the verses of multiplication have priority over narrations of limitation which are doubtful of their significance and doubtful of their origin.

One of the most significant structural studies involves the exploration of narrative techniques in Quranic stories, aiming to reveal the nature of their visual layers. To achieve this, a variety of models and methodologies are employed. Among the interdisciplinary approaches, dramaturgy stands out. As a performative function, dramaturgy seeks textual synergy and the depiction of actions to influence the audience and address their potential inquiries. It also examines the audience’s emotional engagement with the narrative and offers structured analyses to assess the story’s impact and enduring resonance. This study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach to examine the story of Moses and Khidr (Surah Al-Kahf, verse 60 onward) and a portion of the story of Joseph (peace be upon them). The findings indicate that the dramaturgical use of silence encompasses ten distinct and innovative forms, ranging from stylistic silence to suspenseful silence. These narrative strategies suggest that Quranic imagery does not merely delineate the storyline but instead reflects within epistemological, cosmological, ethical, and aesthetic dimensions. These seemingly fragmented and multi-referential images, through their echoes, incorporate silence as an essential narrative element. The core narrative in the stories of Khidr and Moses, as well as Joseph (peace be upon them), consists of two overarching layers: first, compositional actions grounded in reality, and second, descriptive and interpretive actions that convey intertextual and meta-narrative meanings.

The present article was written by adopting a combined research method (narrative-argumentative) and descriptive-analytical data processing based on the collection of a software library; and it discussed the existential levels of the Quran; and explained the ontological layers of the Quran in the words of Saqa al-Rububi and Saqa al-Khalqi based on the mystical perspective; then, by comparative study of these levels with the verses; it came to the conclusion that the Quran as divine knowledge in the form of speech, word, book, and creative and regulatory words is present at every level of the levels of existence, an integrated presence and in the company of a perfect human being. Accordingly, the ontological levels of the Quran are sometimes expressed in the Quran with a specific name; including: Umm al-Kitab, Kitab Mubin, Noor. In some cases, a specific name for the existential level of the Quran is not stated in the verses, but that level is referred to; for example, it is stated that the Quran was revealed from the level of the Name of Allah or the Name of the Most Gracious or the Living. In this article, an attempt has been made to express for the first time, in the form of a coherent research using mystical sources and verses of the Quran, the specific name of the divine book in each existential level or the name of its existential level.

Resistance is considered a successful phenomenon in Islamic thought and practical theology and is based on monotheism, faith in God, and belief in divine victory in all social strata. The aim of this research will be to deeply understand the theology of resistance with an emphasis on Quranic themes. Accordingly, the main question is what specific themes in the Quran, centered on the verses regarding the Battle of Uhud, refer to the theology of resistance? This issue not only helps to better understand the concept of theology of resistance and its key concepts such as faith, patience, strong will, circulation of power, unity, and continuity of the path, and clarifies its point of distinction with the Marxist literature of liberation theology, but also can draw the connection between faith and resistance and its historical experience in the era of the prophethood, and in particular the ups and downs of the Battle of Uhud and the events that followed, and can also reflect on the impact of divine verses on social action and the shaping of individual, social, and political behaviors of contemporary Muslims in the face of the false front. The results of this research can help to provide religious and practical solutions to the challenges of the system of domination, based on Quranic themes, in order to promote the discourse of resistance and emphasize its effectiveness.

One of the theological principles discussed among theologians is the issue of the infallibility of the Prophet of Islam, but the appearance of some verses of the Quran, such as verse 94 of Surah Yunus, in which God attributes doubt to the Prophet of Islam, seems inconsistent with this principle. The lack of a correct understanding of this verse has led to doubts about the Prophet's infallibility and the need for the testimony of the People of the Book to dispel the Prophet's doubt. The present article seeks to answer this question using a descriptive-analytical method: Who is the addressee of the verse? Considering the Prophet's infallibility and the fact that revelation is a form of direct knowledge, how can doubt be combined with his infallibility? Since the commentators, based on a negative perception of the concept of "doubt", have not been able to attribute it to the Prophet of Islam in the aforementioned verse, they have interpreted it in various ways, departing from the apparent meaning of the verse. While focusing on the word "doubt", one can achieve a reading of this verse that goes beyond various interpretative statements. The findings of the research show that the addressee of the verse is the Prophet himself and doubt in the verse is a primary, involuntary and legal doubt. This doubt is natural and does not have a negative charge that is incompatible with infallibility, but can occur to all individuals, even the Prophet.

Verse 172 of Surah Al-A'raf is considered one of the foundational verses in Islamic thought. This verse speaks of a covenant that God Almighty established with humanity, requiring them to uphold it. Islamic scholars, often drawing on certain hadiths, have referred to a idea known as the "World of Atoms" (ʿĀlam al-Dharr) in relation to this verse. Although this idea is not explicitly mentioned in the Quran, its early emergence across a diverse range of hadith, tafsir, theological, and mystical discourses in the early Islamic centuries underscores its significance. Despite extensive research on this idea in general and its association with Verse 172 of Surah Al-A'raf in particular, significant disagreements persist. The present study seeks to explore this idea by analyzing the hadiths that serve as its foundation. Additionally, adopting a Quran-to-Quran interpretive approach, it critically examines interpretive opinions and concludes that: (1) structurally, Verse 172 of Surah Al-A'raf is similar to other verses emphasizing the divine covenant with prophets, the Children of Israel, the progeny of Adam, and others; and (2) contrary to common belief, this verse provides no explicit support for the aforementioned idea of theʿĀlam al-Dharr.
