AbstractUnderstanding the meaning and Diagnosis of domain of Quranic expressions is sometimes difficult and complicated under the influence of various factors. The verse "Wakurna Fi Biotechanna" is one of the verses whose understanding of the meaning and domain of the audience has been disputed and the paradigms and discourses of the present time have fueled these differences. In view of the differences in the verse mentioned above, this article has attempted to examine its implications and domain by applying the "Jarry and Tattbigh" rule. This study has been done by using descriptive-analytical method and has proved the possibility and necessity of "Jarry and Tattbigh" in this verse and its application to all women from the point of view of commentators, Quranic scholars and jurists has proved.AbstractUnderstanding the meaning and Diagnosis of domain of Quranic expressions is sometimes difficult and complicated under the influence of various factors. One of the interpretive arguments of Allame Tabatabai in all of Al-Mizan volumes are to address the veracity of the other commentators' views, which have taken considering to criteria for accepting or criticizing their views. One of these interpretations is "Al-kashaf interpretation " that in addition to confirming and using Zamakhshari's }syntactic and literary{ views, the author of Al-Mizan has studied and analyzed his views in several cases, relying on Quranic arguments and in-text evidences of verses, and with reasons such as: ignoring the connection and the symbols in-Text of the verses, neglecting the style of the verses, the syntactic and literary wrongful analysis of the verses, the opposition to his views on the Quranic knowledge, unjust towards to Prophet of Islam (PBUH), the determination of absolute and bound, general and specific, abrogator and abrogated, wrongful Zamakhshari perception of doctrinaire issues, incompatibility of his view with the affairs of the Quran and science, the lack of attention to divine justice in the interpretation of the verses, without arguing their views and ... his votes have been criticized and rejected.

The issue of this research is the emphasis on "Seyed Morteza's interpretive foundations". According to this view, theological and interpretive concepts such as scientific methods in proving the lords of the book and tradition, require scientific evidence so that a single news, like a continuous news, leads to the knowledge of Quranic texts.The method of the present research is descriptive-analytical and text-based and with reference to the basic concepts in the works of Seyyed Morteza Alam al-Huda as a prominent figure.The most important findings of this paper are explaining the position of interpretive narrations and analyzing the scientific facts in the face of interpretive news. What is meant by evidences, evidences and characteristics that cause the single news to come out of the suspicion of being the evidence. The outlines of the informative evidences are: 1. The existence of news in hadith works and Shiite principles 2. The knowledge of the news 3. The conformity with the appearance of the Qur'an 4. The conformity with the rule of reason 5. The conformity with the principle of divine justice.

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to provide a model for organizing Quranic teachings that can easily achieve the desired content in the field of Quranic teachings. The research question is that in the present age, which is the age of information and cyberspace explosion, is it possible to manage and organize the teachings of the Qur'an in such a way that users and researchers can find the information they want in the field of Qur'anic knowledge with ease? Recover speed, accuracy, comprehensiveness and obstacle and draw a comprehensive and complete map of the totality of the teachings of the Qur'an or a specific topic in this field using computer technology?In order to achieve this goal, and with a descriptive and analytical method, an ontology of one of the subjects of the teachings of the Qur'an, namely the subject of "Basmala", has been compiled. The research finding indicates that the compilation of Bismillah ontology has caused the ontological connection of this concept with other concepts, topics and titles to be revealed and as a result, a more comprehensive and complete understanding of Bismillah truth has been obtained; It is obvious that understanding an issue is an incomplete understanding, regardless of the issues related to it, as well as the precise, clear and transparent discovery of the connection between the concepts.

Exegesis fundamentals is consider as one of exegetics topics and one of the basic topics in exegesis fundamentals is the way of arranging and organization. The comprehensive and ideal of exegesis fundamentals is done based on Devine sciences and humane sciences. Humane sciences are shaped based on two ways of reception and three ways of reaching. That in short consists of, 1. Quotation basis, 2. Reason basis. Quotation basis consists of Quran and Sunnah and reason basis consists of reasoning, taste scientific-experimental and historical-social approaches. Principles–jurisprudence, theological and philosophical are considered under the reasoning approach and mystic and literary under the tasting approach. This study evaluates opinions of Amid Zanjani, Ack, Roumi, Babaei, and Rezaei esfahani via the analytical-critical method .This research by investigating the performance of five intellectuals concluded that the presented classifications have some mistakes and defects. These defects are as blew insufficiency in the number of exegesis fundamentals, inattention toward the correct arrangement, incorporating the interpretation evaluation and hermeneutics into the organization integrating semantic domains of various issues into the organization, putting subordinate branches in the types principal position, intermixture of the different types of exegesis fundamentals.

The large number of verses in the Qur'an about the resurrection indicates the great importance of this principle of belief, and one of its important issues is the resurrection of man on the Day of Resurrection, which the Qur'an considers certain. The main question is, according to the Qur'an, how will the human body return on the Day of Resurrection? This article tries to provide a descriptive and analytical method in accordance with scientific theories of the return of the human body on the Day of Resurrection based on verse 51 of Surah Yasin. To this end, various views of commentators on how this return, including the theory of objectivity (return to all parts of the body), the theory of similarity (return of a typical form without a specific substance) and the theory of existential intensity of the soul (evolved body) were proposed and criticized. Emphasis on the word "Yanseloon" and the use of a narration that considers the return of the human body on the Day of Resurrection as a part called "wonder of the Prophet" and also the adaptation of this interpretation to the theory of simulation, provides a result that the human body is a major component. The remnant of the worldly body is formed, which is the main component, the origin of the body of the hereafter.

Mohammad Taqi Diari Bigdeli, Rohollah Davari*Received: 19/01/2021Accepted: 10/03/2021AbstractThe commentators of the sects from the first centuries until now have had different views regarding verse 141 of Nisa «... وَ لَنْ یَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لِلْکافِرینَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنینَ سَبیلاً» (Nisa: 141) and have deduced many individuals and social rulings from it. Based on this and with a descriptive-analytical method, this article seeks to answer this main question: What effect has the verse of Nafy al-Sabil had on the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran?Based on the research findings, it was determined that the best view is the general meaning of the verse; Because the word "al-Sabil ", which is so-called "negativity in the context of negation", has a general meaning. Therefore, the verse has a general meaning that can include "denial of domination in the development and the field of legislation of rules and denial of domination in the field of protest and argument". Also, based on the research findings, it was determined that the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is derived from the principles of the Constitution, in many cases is based on the verse of Nafy al-Sabil, and many principles of foreign policy are derived from this verse.
